Our CEO Pauline (Pei-Ling) Yang, served as a guest lecturer on the topic of cross-cultural management at the “AI-Driven Leadership Program,” jointly organized by the Leadership Influence Institute under Taiwan’s renowned Global Views–CommonWealth Publishing Group and the College of Intelligent Semiconductor and Sustainable Manufacturing at National Cheng Kung University.

The participants of this program were executives from top-tier Taiwanese high-tech and semiconductor companies. The lecture focused on the challenges of cross-cultural management in business settings and offered practical strategies to address them.
